Well. Spring break in the 80's obviously mellowed out. I do remember the USS nimitz being there for SB '86 or '87. That was interesting . Kept the shore patrol,ft. Lauderdale p d and Broward county sheriffs department busy
ReplyDeleteI was there when the kid dangled from the traffic light. The picture was reprinted in Life Magazine, and when I got home it was open on the dining room table. My father found me in the picture, and had questions. I kept the magazine for years, but it was lost in a move. Great memories.
