FIDEL'S TRIUMPHAL ENTRY

HAVANA, Jan.2 - Rebel leader Fidel Castro today
is in complete control of the republic of Cuba.
With the Batista dictatorship toppled and all the principal
cities of the nation in rebel hands, it appears that the bloody
two-year-old civil war has come to an end.
